How scoring works
The daily round
Every day there's one round of three questions — the same three for everyone, so your scores are directly comparable. Questions mix two modes: Geo-Guess (tap the spot on the globe) and Date-Guess (slide the timeline to the year).
Points per question
Each question is worth up to 100 base points. The closer your guess, the more you score — the curve is steep near the target and forgiving far away.
- Geo: ~800 km ≈ 70 pts · ~2,000 km ≈ 40 pts · ~5,000 km ≈ 10 pts.
- Date: 1 year ≈ 88 pts · 3 years ≈ 69 pts · 8 years ≈ 37 pts.
Multipliers
Later questions count more. Multipliers are 1 · 2 · 3 for Q1→Q3, so a perfect day is 600 points.
